YOUR STAY

Walk through the villa and the first thing you notice is the amount of space. Large windows bring in plenty of daylight, while marble, timber, fabrics and artwork give the interiors a more personal feel.

Nine bedrooms are spread between the main residence and a separate guest villa. Eight bedrooms sit in the main house, including the master suite, while the one-bedroom guest villa gives one or two guests their own little corner of the estate.

Your master suite comes with a private lounge, generous dressing areas and a wraparound terrace. In the morning, you can take your coffee outside and enjoy some quiet before everyone else gets moving.

Downstairs, things get a little more lively. There is a cinema for movie nights, an arcade area and plenty of space for everyone to find their own spot.

The garage is worth a look too. Rather than hiding the cars away, the 10-car space has been designed almost like a private gallery, with white marble, artwork, arcade games and a glass display area.

GENEVA & LAKE GENEVA

Geneva is close enough for a spontaneous trip into town. Have lunch by the lake, spend a few hours shopping or simply walk around the city before coming back to the villa.

Lake Geneva itself gives you another reason to get outside. Depending on what you have in mind, your concierge can help arrange activities, transport and days out.

Maybe half the group wants to explore while everyone else would rather stay home. That is easy here. One person can head into Geneva while another spends the afternoon beside the pool.

Back at the villa, you can slow things down. Sit on the lawn, take a swim or find somewhere quiet with a book.

And if nobody feels like going anywhere? Stay put. There is enough here to keep you busy without having to leave the estate.

WELLNESS & RELAXATION

After a busy day, the outdoor pool gives you somewhere to switch off. Take a swim, sit beside the water or spend some time in the jacuzzi.

Inside, you have a Finnish sauna and a mosaic-tiled Turkish hammam. They are useful after a workout, but you do not need an excuse to use them.

The private treatment room means you can arrange a massage without leaving the property. Treatments can be organised around your schedule, rather than the other way around.

For your usual workouts, there is a Technogym fitness studio with professional equipment. Get your session done in the morning and the rest of the day is yours.

There is also an aesthetics clinic available on request. Specialist practitioners can come in for treatments, so you can keep your wellness plans private and convenient.

FOOD & EVENINGS

Your meals do not have to fit around restaurant opening times. A private chef prepares breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner for your group, with menus arranged around what you like.

Lunch might be something simple after a morning in the city. Dinner is different. Bring everyone together, sit down properly and take your time.

For an evening with a bit more theatre, head downstairs to the Teppanyaki room. Up to 12 people can sit together while dinner is prepared in front of you.

Once you've eaten, there is no shortage of places to continue the evening. Open a bottle from the wine cellar, head to the underground bar or put some music on and stay there for a while.

Perhaps nobody wants a big night. Put on a film instead, play a few games or sit outside and talk. Sometimes that is all you need.

PRIVACY & SERVICE

The layout makes it easy for a large group to spend time together without everyone having to stay in the same place. The separate guest villa is particularly useful when someone wants a little more privacy.

Your house manager and private team take care of the day-to-day details. Butlers and housekeepers are there throughout your stay, while the chef handles everything from breakfast through to dinner.

Need a transfer into Geneva? Ask. Want something arranged for the afternoon? Your concierge can take care of it.

Airport transfers can also be organised, with the airport around 20 minutes from the villa. That means less time worrying about logistics and more time enjoying the house.

For a group of 18, the space makes a real difference. You can all come together when you want to, then disappear into your own part of the villa when you have had enough company.
