The Village

YOUR STAY

The Village is made up of seven standalone villas and a central Main Pavilion, so you are never too far from the rest of your group but still have somewhere of your own to retreat to.

The Primary Suite takes up two levels and opens towards the sea. Sliding doors connect the bedroom and living areas with the terrace, while a private wet bar gives you somewhere to make a drink without leaving your suite.

Three Treetop Suites work particularly well for families. Each has its own deck and lounge space, giving you a little more room to spread out during a longer stay.

Elsewhere, the Lookout Suites sit higher on the estate with views towards Virgin Gorda. The Hideout Suites are closer to the pool and main deck, with kitchenettes and easy access to the outdoor areas.

Throughout the property, thatched roofs, glass walls, marble and contemporary furnishings give the rooms a relaxed Caribbean feel. You get plenty of outdoor space too, which is exactly where you will probably want to spend most of your time.

CARIBBEAN & ISLAND LIFE

The western position of The Village makes sunset part of the daily routine. Sit outside with a drink, watch the sky change over the water and take your time before dinner.

Moskito Island gives you plenty to do when you want to leave the villa. Kayaking, paddleboarding, sailing and other watersports are available, with equipment and instruction arranged for your group.

Perhaps you want to get out on the water for the afternoon. Or maybe a walk around the island sounds better. The shared beaches and island trails give you somewhere to explore without having to go far.

For something more active, you also have access to the island's championship tennis facilities. Come back afterwards, jump into the pool and cool off while the rest of the group carries on with the afternoon.

POOLS & WELLNESS

The main pool is one of the property's biggest attractions. Its different levels create several places to swim and relax, with a grotto, swim-up bar and a waterslide connecting the upper and lower sections.

There is even an underwater dining table built into the pool area. If you would rather stay dry, the sunken firepit gives you a comfortable place to sit once the sun has gone down.

Over on the cliff edge, the glass-bottom hot tub gives you a very different view of the sea. A rooftop jacuzzi provides another spot for a long soak, particularly around sunset.

Treatments can also be arranged at the estate, including massages and other wellness services. Some of the bathrooms open onto private outdoor areas, giving you another chance to enjoy the warm island air without leaving your accommodation.

FOOD & EVENINGS

Your private estate chef prepares meals around your group's plans, so breakfast does not have to happen at a particular time. Beach barbecues and relaxed lunches give you plenty of reasons to stay outside during the day.

The Main Pavilion is where things tend to become more social. Gather around the table for dinner, open a bottle of wine and stay there as long as you like.

Later, the pavilion can be transformed for an evening of music. A hidden DJ booth rises into the space, with professional lighting and sound turning the area into a private club.

For a quieter night, settle into the cinema or find a comfortable spot outside. The choice is yours, and there is plenty of space to do different things at the same time.

PRIVACY & SERVICE

The layout of The Village gives your group plenty of separation. With individual cottages spread around the estate, you can have some quiet time without being far from everyone else.

A private estate chef, butlers, hosts and housekeepers look after the day-to-day details. They can arrange meals, watersports, transport and activities around your plans rather than asking you to follow a set routine.

Private boat and SUV transfers are available from Tortola or Virgin Gorda airports, making the journey to the island straightforward. Once you arrive, the team takes care of the practical side of your stay.

Moskito Island also gives you access to shared island facilities, including beaches and tennis courts. You could spend the whole day at The Village, or head out and see another side of the island before coming back for the evening.
