YOUR STAY

The estate is spread across several levels, so the different parts of the house feel naturally separate. You can stay with the group when you want to, then disappear to your own suite when you need some quiet.

Eight of the bedrooms are in standalone suites. Each has its own living space, balcony and minibar, giving you a little more privacy than you would normally get in a larger villa.

At the highest point of the estate, the primary suite has its own office, wet bar and outdoor hot tub. From here, you can look across towards Virgin Gorda and watch the island change as the day goes on.

The seaside master suite sits lower down the property, with indoor-outdoor showers and easy access towards the beach.

Travelling with children? The dedicated bunk room sleeps up to eight and gives younger guests their own place to play, read and settle down at night.

The main pavilion brings everyone back together. There is an open kitchen, dining area and comfortable living space, so you can eat together without having to leave the estate.

MOSKITO ISLAND & THE CARIBBEAN

You have the Caribbean right outside your door.

Walk down to Manchioneel Beach and spend a few hours by the water, or take one of the estate's boats out and see more of the surrounding islands.

The private Scorpion boat gives you another easy way to explore. Head out for a swim, look for somewhere quiet to stop for lunch or simply cruise around the archipelago for the afternoon.

There is plenty to do closer to home too. Pick up a paddleboard, take a Hobie Cat out or spend some time kayaking along the coast.

Perhaps you want something more active. Moskito Island has tennis courts and other shared facilities, while the island trails give you a chance to get away from the pool for a while.

Then again, you could stay exactly where you are.

The Caribbean views make it quite easy to spend an entire afternoon doing very little.

POOL & WELLNESS

The 180-foot infinity pool is the centre of the outdoor space. It stretches along the estate with different levels for swimming and relaxing, along with a swim-up bar and places to sit in the water.

You can move between the pool and the nearby daybeds throughout the day. Swim for a while, dry off in the sun and get back in when you feel like it.

The primary suite has its own outdoor hot tub too. It's a good place to end the day, particularly when the sky starts changing colour over Virgin Gorda.

There are also outdoor showers around the suites, so you can rinse off after the beach without having to head straight indoors.

If you want a treatment during your stay, massage and other wellness services can be arranged at the estate.

For something simpler, take a walk along the island trails. Sometimes a little time outside is all you need.

FOOD & EVENINGS

Meals are prepared around your group, with a private chef taking care of breakfast, lunch and dinner.

You might start with breakfast at the main pavilion, spend the afternoon on the beach and come back for a barbecue later. There is no need to stick to a fixed routine.

The open kitchen keeps the main living area connected to the dining space, so meals still feel social even when the chef is working.

Drinks can follow you outside too. Take a bottle down towards the beach, sit around the pool or find somewhere higher up the estate to watch the sunset.

The Crow's Nest gives you another spot for the evening. From up there, you can look across the islands as the light fades and the sky starts to fill with stars.

Some nights might turn into long dinners with the whole group. Other evenings, you may simply want a drink, a quiet seat and an early night.

PRIVACY & SERVICE

The layout of The Point Estate gives you plenty of personal space. With the bedrooms spread across separate suites, you don't have to spend the whole day together just because you're travelling as one group.

A private team looks after the practical details during your stay, including your chef, hosts, butlers and housekeepers.

Need the boat prepared for the afternoon? Want to arrange watersports? Perhaps you'd like lunch somewhere on the island instead of at the villa. Just let the team know.

Transfers to and from the island can also be arranged, along with excursions and other activities around the British Virgin Islands.

Families have the flexibility to stay together while still giving children and adults their own areas. Groups of friends get the same benefit.

And when everyone wants to be together, the main pavilion, pool and outdoor spaces give you plenty of room to do exactly that.
