YOUR STAY

The main villa rises across several levels, with wide glass walls bringing the views into almost every room. The design is clean and contemporary, but there is still plenty of timber, stone and artwork to soften the space.

Your bedroom might be in the main house or one of the three poolside pods. The pods are particularly useful when you are travelling with a group and everyone wants a little space of their own.

The Crown Suite is the main bedroom, with a king bed, dressing room and private wet bar. Step outside and you have another place to sit and take in the island views.

Downstairs, the Great Room becomes the natural meeting point. You can gather here for dinner, sit with a drink or move outside when the weather is too good to stay indoors.

Then there is the pool. It wraps around the main villa and connects with the poolside pods, so you can move between the different parts of the estate without going far.

MOSKITO ISLAND & CARIBBEAN LIFE

Moskito Island gives you plenty of ways to spend a day outside. Walk down towards the beaches, get into the water or simply find somewhere with a good view and stay there for a while.

If you feel like doing something more active, you have access to kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkelling and Hobie Cats. Tennis is another option, with two floodlit courts available in the shared recreation area.

A private boat opens up even more possibilities. Head out for a few hours on the Caribbean, visit another island or find a quiet spot to swim.

Perhaps you would rather not make plans. That works too. Stay around the estate, swim, have lunch and spend the afternoon doing as little as possible.

Come evening, head up to the rooftop. The views stretch across the sea, and the open fire gives everyone a reason to stay outside a little longer.

POOL & WELLNESS

The wraparound infinity pool is hard to miss. It runs around the main villa and includes different areas where you can swim, sit in the water or simply cool off.

A swim-up bar means you do not even have to leave the pool when you want a drink. There is also a heated hot tub for the moments when you want to sit back rather than swim.

For your usual workout, the estate has a Peloton-equipped fitness centre. Get your exercise done early, then spend the rest of the morning exactly as you please.

Yoga and meditation are easy to fit into the day too. Take a quiet spot outside, stretch in the morning air and look out across the Caribbean while you do it.

Later, you can head back to the rooftop hot tub. When the sky is clear, the telescopes give you something else to look at once the sun has gone down.

FOOD & EVENINGS

Your private chef takes care of the meals, so you do not need to plan your days around restaurants. Breakfast can be as early or as late as you like, while lunch might be served outside beside the pool.

For dinner, bring everyone together in the Great Room. The open layout gives you plenty of space to eat, talk and carry on the evening without having to move around too much.

Beach barbecues are another option when you want something more casual. Eat outside, stay close to the water and make an afternoon of it.

The rooftop works particularly well later in the evening. Grab a drink from the sky bar, sit around the fire and see how long everyone feels like staying outside.

Of course, you can always keep the night quiet. Put on a film, find a comfortable seat and let the rest of the group do their own thing.

PRIVACY & SERVICE

The layout gives you a useful balance when travelling with a large group. Everyone has access to the shared spaces, but the separate poolside pods mean you can also have some time away from everyone else.

A dedicated estate team looks after you throughout your stay, including your estate manager, chef, butlers and housekeepers. They handle the practical details while you get on with your holiday.

Boat transfers are available from Tortola and Beef Island airports, making the final part of your journey straightforward.

Once you settle in, you have very little reason to worry about the schedule. Go where you want, stay as long as you like and come back to the villa whenever you are ready.
