YOUR STAY

There is a comfortable mix of old and new inside The Residence. Reclaimed Tyrolean timber brings warmth to the rooms, while contemporary Italian furniture, copper details and local artwork give the interiors a more modern feel.

The main living floor is where everyone naturally comes together. A double-sided stone fireplace sits between the living and dining areas, with a grand piano adding another focal point to the room.

Four en-suite bedrooms give you plenty of privacy when you want some time alone. The master suite has its own fireplace, a sitting area, freestanding bathtub and separate rain shower, while the other bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for the rest of your group.

You can move easily between the different floors using the internal lift. When you want some fresh air, step onto the heated balconies and take in the mountains around Lech.

SKIING & MOUNTAIN ACCESS

Lech puts you in the heart of the Arlberg, with a large network of slopes and mountain routes to explore during the winter. You can head out for a full day of skiing or make the most of a few hours on the mountain before returning to the residence.

Back at the chalet, your ski equipment has its own dedicated space. Heated boot warmers and individual lockers mean everything is ready for the following morning.

Private mountain guides and ski instructors can be arranged if you want to explore more of the area or spend some time improving your technique. Your concierge can also organise other mountain activities around your plans.

After skiing, there is no need to go far. The residence connects internally to Severin*s hotel and its extensive wellness facilities, giving you an easy way to move from the slopes to the spa.

PRIVATE WELLNESS

You have access to the hotel's 423-square-metre thermal spa, so relaxing after a day outside is particularly easy. The indoor pool is heated and includes counter-current swimming, a waterfall and an integrated whirlpool.

For something quieter, spend some time between the Finnish sauna, bio-sauna and Turkish hammam. The different spaces give you somewhere to warm up, cool down or simply sit for a while.

Private treatment rooms are available for massages and beauty treatments. If you prefer to exercise before dinner, the Technogym fitness studio has equipment for both cardio and strength training.

There is also a heated outdoor whirlpool at the residence itself. Sit outside with the mountains around you, particularly in the evening when the surrounding landscape becomes quieter.

ENTERTAINMENT & DINING

You do not have to leave the residence when you want a film. The private cinema is soundproofed and fitted with comfortable leather seating and surround sound, making it an easy place to spend a quiet evening.

For something more social, the main salon gives everyone somewhere to sit around the fire. The grand piano adds to the setting, whether someone in your group plays or you simply enjoy having it there.

Meals are prepared around your preferences by your private chef. The dining table seats eight, while a separate breakfast area gives younger guests their own space when needed.

A stone-walled wine cellar provides another place to explore during the evening. Choose a bottle for dinner, settle around the table and take your time rather than rushing through the meal.

You also have access to the adjoining hotel's bar and restaurant, giving you another option when you feel like changing the setting.

PRIVACY & SERVICE

The Residence sits in the Stubenbach area, away from the centre of Lech and surrounded by the mountains. That gives you a quieter place to return to after a day spent skiing, dining or exploring the village.

A dedicated team is available throughout your stay, including a private chef, butler, chalet manager and housekeeping staff. They take care of meals, housekeeping and the practical details, leaving you free to follow your own schedule.

Luxury 4x4 vehicles are available for local journeys and transfers around Lech. Your concierge can also arrange ski instructors, mountain guides, helicopter excursions and other activities.

The residence also benefits from its connection to Severin*s hotel. You have the privacy of your own accommodation while still being able to make use of the hotel's spa, bar and other facilities.
