YOUR STAY

You have five floors to spread out across, with a lift making it easy to move between them. A bronzed steel staircase adds something more striking to the interior, while fumed oak keeps the rooms warm and comfortable.

The main living room is where you will probably spend a lot of your time. Its triple-height ceiling gives the space a real sense of scale, while the tall windows bring the mountains and Val d'Isère into view.

In the evening, the wood-burning fireplace gives you somewhere to gather. Step outside onto the heated wrap-around balconies with a drink and you can look down towards the village as the light starts to fade.

Seven en-suite bedrooms give everyone their own space. The master suite takes up the top floor and includes a private study, balcony and outdoor hot tub.

Three of the ground-floor bedrooms can be arranged with either king-size or twin beds. There is also a children's bunkroom that opens up into a larger games area when you need more room.

SKIING & MOUNTAIN ACCESS

Val d'Isère gives you access to the Tignes-Val d'Isère ski area, so you have plenty of terrain to explore during your stay. Get ready in the private ski room, collect your equipment and head out for the day.

Your ski gear has its own space when you return. Individual lockers and boot warmers make it easier to leave everything ready for the following morning.

If you want someone to take care of the route, private ski instructors and mountain guides can be arranged. You might spend the day working on your technique, explore further into the mountains or simply follow the runs that suit your group.

When you have had enough, return to the chalet and leave the slopes behind. The heated terraces, pool and spa are waiting downstairs.

PRIVATE WELLNESS

The pool is probably the feature you will talk about first. Its movable floor allows you to change the depth, taking it from a shallow swimming area to a pool up to three metres deep.

A retractable glass wall then lets you open the pool towards the outdoors. Swim inside when the weather is cold, or move outside and enjoy the mountain air without leaving the water.

You also have two hot tubs. The master suite has its own private tub, while another sits on the main spa terrace.

For something warmer and quieter, spend some time in the mosaic hammam. A private treatment room is available for massages and other treatments, giving you somewhere to unwind without leaving the chalet.

There is also a Peloton bike in the fitness area if you want to fit in a workout during your stay.

ENTERTAINMENT & DINING

Once you are back from the mountain, you have plenty to do indoors. The private cinema gives you somewhere comfortable to watch a film, with an unusual viewing window looking towards the pool.

The bar sits beside the media lounge, so you can grab a drink without having to leave the room. For something more active, the children's bunkroom can open into a larger games area.

Dinner takes place around the large stone island in the open kitchen. Your private chef can prepare breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meals around your group's preferences, whether you want something simple after skiing or a longer dinner with several courses.

The private wine cellar gives you somewhere to choose a bottle for the evening. Once dinner is finished, you can stay around the table, move to the bar or head outside onto the terrace.

PRIVACY & SERVICE

Étoile du Nord East Wing sits in a quieter part of Val d'Isère, giving you a private place to return to after spending time in the resort. A private tunnel entrance provides a discreet way into the property, with direct access to the garage.

A dedicated team looks after the chalet during your stay. Your private chef takes care of the meals, while the chalet manager, host and housekeeping team deal with the practical details.

Private chauffeur vehicles are available for trips around the resort and transfers to the lifts. Your concierge can also arrange ski instructors, mountain guides, helicopter skiing and other activities.

If you are travelling with a larger group, the East Wing can also connect internally with the West Wing, creating accommodation for up to 30 guests.
