YOUR STAY

The beach is probably the first thing you will want to see. Real white sand runs around the indoor-outdoor pool, with driftwood details, swing seats and Mediterranean touches that feel rather unexpected this high in the Alps.

Away from the pool, the chalet has a much more alpine feel. Fumed timber, marble and wool bring warmth to the six floors, while large windows open up views across the valley.

Seven bedrooms give you plenty of space to settle in. The master suite occupies the top floor and has its own fireplace, dressing room and balcony. For families, a connected bedroom and children's bunkroom keep everyone close without putting them all in the same room.

Move between the floors using the private lift, or head out onto one of the heated balconies when you want some fresh air. The main living floor is particularly impressive, with double-height ceilings, a large marble fireplace and enough space for everyone to come together.

SKIING & MOUNTAIN ACCESS

You are close to the Déviation 1550 piste, making it easy to get onto the slopes from the chalet. Once your boots are on, you can head out for the morning and explore the wider Courchevel ski area.

Back at the property, your equipment has its own dedicated room. Individual lockers and boot warmers mean you can leave everything ready for the next day rather than bringing wet gear into your bedroom.

If you would rather have someone else organise your time on the mountain, private instructors and guides can be arranged. Your concierge can also help with transfers, activities and other plans around Courchevel.

Then, when you have had enough skiing, come home and change the pace completely. The pool, spa and warm living areas are waiting downstairs.

THE BEACH POOL & WELLNESS

You probably will not expect to find a beach in the middle of Courchevel. At Chalet White Sand, however, the wellness floor has its own stretch of fine white sand surrounding the heated pool.

The water continues from indoors to outdoors, so you can swim outside while snow-covered mountains surround you. Swing seats and comfortable loungers give you somewhere to sit when you are ready to get out.

For something warmer, the Finnish sauna and hammam are close by. Spend some time in the steam room after skiing, then cool down before returning to the pool.

There is also a private treatment room for massages and beauty treatments. If you like to exercise while travelling, the Technogym fitness room gives you somewhere to fit in a workout.

ENTERTAINMENT & EVENINGS

There is more to do here than ski and swim. A 100-square-metre indoor pétanque court brings a touch of the French Riviera into the mountains, giving your group somewhere to compete when the weather keeps you indoors.

Next door, you will find a snooker table, table tennis and vintage arcade games. Grab a drink from the private bar and stay for another game rather than heading upstairs.

The cinema gives you a quieter option. Settle into the oversized floor cushions, put on a film and let the rest of the evening take care of itself.

When dinner time comes around, the main salon becomes the centre of the chalet. Your private chef can prepare everything from a relaxed family meal to a longer dinner, with the 14-seat dining table giving everyone plenty of room.

Afterwards, take your drink onto the heated balcony. From here, you can look across the valley while the chalet stays warm behind you.

PRIVACY & SERVICE

Chalet White Sand sits in Les Brigues, giving you a quieter setting while keeping the slopes and the rest of Courchevel within easy reach. Once you are back at the chalet, you have plenty of space to yourself.

A private chalet team takes care of the practical side of your stay. Your chef handles the meals, the butler is available for day-to-day requests and housekeeping keeps everything in order.

Luxury 4x4 vehicles with private drivers are available for local journeys and transfers. If you want to arrange a ski instructor, mountain guide, helicopter trip or evening in Courchevel, the concierge can sort out the details.

You can spend the day however you like. Ski from breakfast until late afternoon, stay around the pool, challenge your friends to pétanque or do absolutely nothing. The chalet does not need you to follow a particular routine.
