YOUR STAY

Chalet La Fenice was originally built in the 1930s and has since been transformed into a contemporary alpine residence. You still get a sense of its history, but the interiors now offer everything you would expect from a modern private chalet.

Across six floors, there are generous spaces for both entertaining and quiet time. The main reception area makes an immediate impression with its Swarovski chandelier, while the drawing room gives you somewhere more relaxed to sit beside the open stone fireplace. Two master suites provide additional privacy for larger groups.

THE MATTERHORN

The setting is one of the chalet's defining features. From the terraces and large windows, you have an open view towards the Matterhorn and the surrounding peaks.

Because the chalet sits above Breuil-Cervinia, you are away from the activity of the village while remaining close enough to reach it easily. From here, you can also access the wider Matterhorn Ski Paradise, including the connection towards Zermatt. When you return, your private driveway brings you straight back to the chalet.

WELLNESS

The spa gives you somewhere to recover without having to leave the property. Take a swim in the heated 10-metre pool, enjoy the views through the floor-to-ceiling windows or let the pool's massage jets work on tired muscles.

For a slower afternoon, move between the Finnish sauna, Turkish hammam and experience shower. The outdoor 12-seater hot tub gives you another place to unwind, particularly when the snow is falling around you. Private massages and beauty treatments can also be arranged in the dedicated treatment room.

ENTERTAINMENT & DINING

There is plenty to keep you occupied once you are back from the mountain. The private cinema has three tiers of seating, while the games room gives you an F1 simulator, VR gaming, table tennis, arcade games and a bespoke billiard table.

Dinner can be as relaxed or formal as you like. Your private chef prepares meals around your preferences, with the grand dining room providing the setting for larger gatherings. Later, you can move down to the wine cellar and choose something from the collection.

PRIVACY & SERVICE

Chalet La Fenice is designed so that you can enjoy Cervinia without giving up your privacy. The property has its own driveway and helipad, while the surrounding setting keeps it separate from neighbouring properties.

Your chalet manager, chef, butlers and housekeepers take care of the day-to-day details. Two chauffeured Land Rovers are available during the day and evening, while the concierge can arrange mountain guides, heli-transfers and other experiences. You simply let the team know what you need.
