Can Nemo is built around the view.

Large glass walls bring the Mediterranean into the main living areas, while the terraces give you plenty of places to sit outside. In the morning, you might take your coffee looking towards Formentera. Later, the same spot works rather well for an evening drink.

Six en-suite bedrooms accommodate up to 12 adults. The master suite has its own dressing room, walk-in wardrobe, lounge area and sea-view terrace, while selected bedrooms have separate entrances for guests who prefer a little more independence.

The interiors keep things contemporary without going too far in that direction. Marble, polished concrete, fine linens and local artwork sit alongside softer furnishings and natural materials.

There is plenty of outdoor space too.

Move between the pool, terraces and gardens throughout the day. You could have lunch outside, find a shaded daybed afterwards and only come back indoors when you feel like it.

CAP MARTINET & THE MEDITERRANEAN

The sea is the main feature here, and you get to enjoy it from almost every part of the estate.

Cap Martinet puts you close to Ibiza Town, so you are not far from restaurants, beaches and the island's nightlife. Your concierge can arrange transport when you want to head out.

Maybe today is a boat day. A yacht can take you along the coast or over towards Formentera, giving you a completely different view of the island.

For something quieter, stay on the estate and watch the water from the terrace. There is plenty of room to spend an afternoon without seeing anyone beyond your own group.

Then again, you may want to do both. Go out for lunch, spend some time on the water and come home whenever you're ready.

POOL & WELLNESS

The 17-metre heated pool gives you somewhere to start the day properly. Have a swim before breakfast, spend the afternoon in the water or take one of the loungers and do very little.

Around the pool, you have lawns, daybeds and shaded areas. With plenty of space outside, everyone can find somewhere comfortable without being far from the rest of the group.

The private massage pavilion is there when you want a treatment without leaving the estate. Therapists and beauty specialists can be arranged on request.

A yoga and mindfulness deck gives you another quiet spot overlooking the Mediterranean. Early morning is a good time to use it, before the rest of the house gets moving.

There are gardens to wander through too. Take your time, find somewhere shaded and stay there for a while.

FOOD & EVENINGS

Your private chef takes care of the meals, with menus planned around what you and your group enjoy.

Breakfast could be an early one before heading out, or you could sit around the table and take your time. Lunch works just as well outside on the terrace when the weather is warm.

By evening, everyone can come together for dinner. Fresh seafood, local produce and longer multi-course meals all fit naturally into the setting, with the chef handling the details.

Afterwards, the open-plan living area gives you somewhere to settle in with a drink. There is a private cocktail bar too, so nobody has to go anywhere when the evening is just getting started.

Fancy a film? Head to the private cinema.

Or forget all of that. Sit outside, put some music on and watch the lights across the water.

PRIVACY & SERVICE

Can Nemo is set behind its own gates in Cap Martinet, giving you a private place to spend time together away from the busier parts of Ibiza.

The layout helps too. You have different terraces, garden areas and living spaces, so a group of 12 does not have to stay in one place all day.

Your villa manager, host and housekeeping team take care of the practical side of the stay. The private chef looks after meals, while the concierge handles the things you want to arrange outside the estate.

Want to book a restaurant? Ask. Thinking about a yacht for the afternoon? That can be arranged. Need a driver into Ibiza Town? Your team can organise it.

You are free to change your plans too. Perhaps everyone wants to stay by the pool tomorrow. Perhaps half the group wants to go out. There is enough space and support for both.
