YOUR STAY

The three-villa layout works particularly well when you are travelling with a big group. You can all stay on the same estate without having to share one building from morning until night.

Headland House has three bedrooms, while Mangrove Villa and Beach Villa each have four. That gives families and groups somewhere to spread out, with each villa offering its own living spaces and pool.

Inside, the design is modern but still feels connected to the island. Large openings bring in the sea air, while outdoor terraces give you somewhere to sit when you want to be outside.

Your bedroom is more than somewhere to sleep. Private terraces and outdoor bathing areas give you a quiet place to start the morning or disappear for a while during the afternoon.

The communal spaces are there when you want everyone together. Come down for breakfast, meet around the pool or find somewhere outside for a drink as the sun goes down.

MOSKITO ISLAND & LIFE ON THE WATER

The Caribbean is right outside the estate, so you won't have to go far for a swim. The beach gives you a calm place to spend the morning, particularly if younger members of the group want to stay close to shore.

You also have plenty of ways to get onto the water. Paddleboards and kayaks are easy options when you want something relaxed, while kitesurfing gives you a little more excitement.

Perhaps you'd rather leave the island for the day. The private boat jetty makes it easy to head out on a charter, go fishing or explore another part of the British Virgin Islands.

Snorkelling is another simple choice. Take the equipment and find somewhere interesting beneath the surface, then come back whenever you're ready.

Or stay at the estate. With three pools and direct access to the beach, you could easily spend the entire day without going anywhere else.

POOLS & WELLNESS

Each of the three villas has its own infinity pool, giving different parts of your group somewhere to swim without having to use the same space.

Spend the morning in the water, stretch out on a daybed and come back for another swim later. There are plenty of terraces and outdoor areas where you can find some shade too.

Hot tubs give you another option when the evening starts to cool down. Sit outside with a drink and watch the last light over the Caribbean.

Treatments can be arranged in the outdoor wellness spaces, so you don't need to leave the estate for a massage or some time to yourself.

The bedrooms also have indoor-outdoor showers, which are particularly nice after a day on the beach. Rinse off, get changed and head back outside.

FOOD & EVENINGS

Meals are arranged around your group, with private chefs preparing food throughout the day. You can have breakfast before heading out on the water or wait until everyone is awake and ready.

Each villa has its own kitchen, while the outdoor spaces give you plenty of options for eating together.

Lunch could be something casual after a morning at the beach. Dinner is when everyone tends to come back together, particularly after a day spent in different parts of the island.

Drinks can be arranged around the estate too, whether you want cocktails beside the pool or something quieter on one of the terraces.

Later, put some music on, play a game or sit outside and keep talking. There is no need to rush off anywhere.

PRIVACY & SERVICE

Because the estate is reserved for one group, you get to use the villas, pools and outdoor areas without sharing them with other guests.

The three separate villas also give you a useful amount of privacy within the group. Parents can settle into one part of the estate, friends can take another and everyone can meet up whenever they want.

A dedicated team looks after the practical side of your stay. Estate managers, hosts, chefs and housekeeping staff are there to keep things running while you get on with your holiday.

Want to go kitesurfing tomorrow? Ask. Thinking about taking the boat around the BVI? That can be arranged. Perhaps you'd rather stay on the beach all day. That's fine too.

Private boat transfers can also be arranged between Beef Island Airport and Moskito Island, making the final part of your journey straightforward.

Once you're here, the choice is yours. Spend time together, disappear into your own villa for a few hours or change your plans completely.
