YOUR STAY

With two chalets joined together, you get the space of a private estate without having to split your group between separate properties. Large groups can stay together, while the different rooms give you somewhere to go when you want a little time to yourself.

The interiors have a warm Austrian feel, but they are not stuck in the past. Timber and natural stone sit alongside contemporary furniture, soft fabrics and large windows that bring the mountain views into the rooms.

Thirteen bedrooms are spread across the two chalets, with enough space for up to 30 guests. The master suites have open fireplaces, stone soaking tubs and private terraces, so you can step outside for some fresh mountain air whenever you like.

For time together, you have large living rooms and dining areas where everyone can gather. Staff accommodation is kept separate, leaving the main areas for you and your guests.

SKI-IN/SKI-OUT

There is no long journey to the slopes in the morning. You can get ready in the heated ski room, collect your equipment and head straight out onto the Schlegelkopf piste.

Your ski gear has its own place when you return. Heated storage and boot heaters make it easier to dry everything out before the next day's skiing.

From Lech, you can explore the wider Arlberg ski area, with runs to suit different levels of experience. If you want some help finding your way around, private instructors and mountain guides can be arranged for your group.

Once you have had enough for the day, ski back to the chalet. Leave your equipment behind, take off your boots and enjoy the rest of the evening without having to go anywhere else.

PRIVATE WELLNESS

After hours in the cold, you may want to spend some time somewhere warm. The private spa gives you several ways to do that, starting with the 14-metre indoor pool.

Take a swim, sit beside the water or head outside to one of the heated hot tubs. The mountains are still there when you are soaking, only now you get to enjoy the view without wearing ski boots.

The Finnish saunas and steam hammams give you more space to slow down. Cold plunges are available too, particularly if you want to cool off after the sauna.

You can also arrange a massage or treatment in the private treatment rooms. For those who prefer to stay active, the fitness facilities have both cardio and strength equipment.

ENTERTAINMENT & DINING

Once you are back from the mountain, you have plenty to keep the evening going. Watch a film in the private cinema, play billiards or challenge your friends to a game of electronic darts.

The party room gives you another option when you want music, drinks and a later night. You can keep the rest of the chalet quiet while the party carries on in its own space.

Outside, the private ice rink adds something different during the winter. Children can head out for a skate while you sit nearby by the fire and enjoy the evening.

When it is time to eat, your private chefs prepare meals around your preferences. Breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner are all taken care of, whether you want a relaxed family meal or something more elaborate. Afterwards, stay around the table with a bottle of wine or move to the bar for a drink.

PRIVACY & SERVICE

The chalet's position on the Schlegelkopf piste gives you easy access to Lech while keeping your stay centred around your own private space. After a day in the village or on the slopes, you can return to the chalets and settle in without having to deal with the usual resort traffic.

A team is there throughout your stay to handle the details. Your butlers are available day and night, while housekeeping takes care of the rooms and prepares them again for the evening.

Getting around Lech is also straightforward. A private chauffeur can take you on local journeys or to and from the airport. If you have something specific in mind, the concierge can arrange restaurants, ski instructors, mountain guides, heli-skiing and other activities.
