YOUR STAY

The first thing you notice at ÀNI Thailand is how much space you have. The estate is spread between several buildings, so you don't feel as though everyone has to stay in one place.

There are Ocean Villas, Family Villas and Pool Side Suites, giving different parts of your group their own space. Families can settle into the larger villas, while couples might prefer one of the quieter suites.

The architecture takes its cues from northern Thailand. High roofs, timber structures and open-sided salas give the property a distinctly local feel, while the interiors are bright, comfortable and modern.

Your living spaces open towards the bay, making it easy to move outside throughout the day. Have breakfast in the dining sala, sit with a book in the shade or walk down to the beach for a while.

With the estate reserved for one group at a time, you also don't have to worry about sharing the main facilities with other guests. The whole place becomes your base for the duration of your stay.

KOH YAO NOI & PHANG NGA BAY

You have a beautiful part of Thailand to explore outside the estate. Koh Yao Noi sits between Phuket and Krabi, with Phang Nga Bay stretching out around the island.

Get onto the water and explore the coastline by kayak or paddleboard. The limestone formations make the bay particularly interesting to explore from the sea.

Perhaps you'd rather take a boat further out. Your team can help arrange trips around the islands, with plenty of opportunities to swim, snorkel and stop somewhere for lunch.

Back on Koh Yao Noi, you can take things at a slower pace. Walk along the beach, explore the island or simply stay at ÀNI and enjoy having the whole property to yourselves.

For families, the team can also arrange activities for children, while Muay Thai and cooking classes give older guests something different to try.

POOL & WELLNESS

The 42-metre saltwater pool gives you plenty of room to swim. With the sea just beyond it, you can easily spend most of an afternoon moving between the pool and the beach.

When you want to slow things down, head to the spa suite. You can book a Thai massage, facial or another treatment without having to leave the estate.

Up to 10 spa treatments are included each day, so different members of your group can take some time for themselves while everyone else carries on with their plans.

The beachfront yoga pavilion is another good spot in the morning. Join a session, stretch for a while or simply sit there and watch the water.

There is also a proper fitness centre if you'd rather work out. Personal training can be arranged too, so you can keep to your usual routine while you're away.

FOOD & EVENINGS

Meals are prepared around your group, rather than a fixed restaurant schedule. Your private chef can organise breakfast before an early excursion or take more time with dinner when you have nowhere else to be.

The open-sided dining sala is an easy place to eat together. Sit down, enjoy the view across the bay and let lunch take as long as it needs to.

Drinks are taken care of too, with cocktails, wine and spirits available throughout your stay. If someone wants something specific, your team can help arrange it.

After dinner, the estate gives you several options. Put on a film, play a game or head down towards the beach.

Maybe everyone gathers around a fire later in the evening. Or perhaps you simply sit outside with a drink and watch the sky over Phang Nga Bay.

PRIVACY & SERVICE

The single-group setup changes the way you use the property. You are not sharing the pool, beach or main living spaces with other guests, so the day tends to feel much more relaxed.

A dedicated team looks after your group throughout the stay. Your butler can help organise the day, while the chef takes care of meals and the wellness team handles treatments and activities.

Want to take the children out for the afternoon? Ask. Thinking about a boat trip tomorrow? That can be arranged. Maybe you want a completely empty day with nothing planned. That's fine too.

Airport transfers can be arranged from Phuket or Krabi, making the journey to Koh Yao Noi straightforward once you arrive in Thailand.

With the entire estate reserved for your group, you also have the freedom to use the property however you like. Spend time together, split up for a few hours and meet again later.
